Quick and easy take on a pizza.

Ingredients

  • 4 pitta breads
  • Tomato puree
  • Selection of toppings
  • 60g cheese

Method

  1. Set oven to 200 ° C/Fan 180 ° C/Gas 6.
  2. Put the Pitta breads on a baking tray, squeeze to puree and spread evenly.
  3. Scatter selections of toppings over each pizza and sprinkle over the cheese.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes until the pittas are crisp and the cheese has melted.
