Meat Cheese Fries

Loaded cheese with something different than usual.

Ingredients

• 4 hot dogs
• 1/2 onion
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 450g frozen fries
• 1 cup shredded cheese

For Seasoning

• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 2 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp granulated garlic
• 1 tsp granulated onion
• 1 tsp mild chilli powder

Method

1. Preheat oven to 200C/400F/Gas mark 6. Slice onion and cut hot dogs into 2cm pieces. Combine all seasonings for the seasoning in a cup and set aside.
2. Cook the fries till half done.
3. Add 2 tbsp olive oil to pan and cook hot dogs half way. Add onions and cook until tender.
4. Remove the fries and season with fry seasoning and cheese.
5. When the hot dogs are done, plate on top of fries along with more cheese and a little more fry seasoning. Melt the cheese and serve.
