Polish kielbasa dish done in a slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • 750g frozen diced potatoes (diced crispy frozen potatoes)
  • 350g Kielbasa, sliced, then halved
  • 113 g strong cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 113 g Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon dried chives
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Method

  1. To the slow cooker, add the diced potatoes, kielbasa, both kinds of cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, chives, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Stir to combine.
  2. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 5-6 hours. (Or, cook on high for 3-4 hours.)
