Simple and very quick to make meal during a busy week.

Ingredients

  • 230g breaded chicken goujons
  • 250g microwave basmati rice
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1/2 cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 50g frozen peas
  • Chilli sauce or Ketchup for no spice

Method

  1. Cook the goujons according to the pack instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the pack instructions.
  3. Boil the carrot and cauliflower for 5 mins, then add the peas and cook for 2 mins more.
  4. Stir rice into the veg.
  5. Serve with the goujons, sliced and chilli sauce/ketchup.
