Simple and very quick to make meal during a busy week.
Ingredients
- 230g breaded chicken goujons
- 250g microwave basmati rice
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1/2 cauliflower, cut into florets
- 50g frozen peas
- Chilli sauce or Ketchup for no spice
Method
- Cook the goujons according to the pack instructions.
- Meanwhile, cook the rice according to the pack instructions.
- Boil the carrot and cauliflower for 5 mins, then add the peas and cook for 2 mins more.
- Stir rice into the veg.
- Serve with the goujons, sliced and chilli sauce/ketchup.
