A traditional campfire treat. Perfect for bonfire night.

Ingredients

  • 12 x Chocolate Leibniz biscuits
  • ½ packet Mini Marshmallows
  • 100g Chocolate, to drizzle over the top

Tools

  • Microwavable bowls

Method

  1. Separate the white marshmallows from the packet and place in a bowl (you can use the white, pink or both)
  2. Put the chocolate biscuits on a chopping board with the chocolate side upwards
  3. Add the marshmallows to a microwavable bowl and heat for 30 seconds – Tip, add a little coconut oil to your marshmallows as it makes it much easier to spread
  4. Using a knife quickly spread the marshmallow over the biscuit – don’t worry about the marshmallow seeping out of the sides
  5. Top with another biscuit, the chocolate side on top of the marshmallow – and gently press down
  6. Repeat with the rest
  7. Lastly, melt the chocolate by placing in a bowl and heating in a microwave, on medium heat, for 1 minute. Remove from the microwave and stir. Repeat this process in shorter intervals, 10-15 seconds, stirring in between, until the chocolate is completely melted
  8. Use both the melted chocolate and remaining marshmallow to drizzle over the top
